The GZB series horizontal three-side seal flow wrapping machine is tailor-made for pharmaceutical blister strip secondary packaging, fully complying with GMP hygiene standards. It is specially optimized for rigid flat blister trays including tablet strips, capsule plates and honey pill blisters. Equipped with dedicated mechanical blister feeder, high-precision empty blister detection & rejection unit, and integrated steel stamp batch coding station, it solves common defects like empty packs and unclear batch numbers in pharmaceutical packaging. The end sealing cutter stays fully open when the machine stops to prevent film melting and sticking. It supports standalone operation or synchronous linkage with blister forming machines and cartoners to build full pharmaceutical packaging production lines.

1. High-Precision Empty Blister Rejection System

Independent photoelectric detection module automatically identifies empty/missing blister trays and rejects defective packs, eliminating unqualified finished products to meet pharmaceutical quality standards.

2. Integrated Middle Seal Batch Stamping Unit

Built-in steel indent serial number printer, directly stamp batch numbers, production dates on the middle seal without extra labeling process.

3. Safe Open Sealing Cutter During Shutdown

End seal cutter remains fully open when equipment stops running, avoid high-temperature film adhesion and burning risks.

4. Printing Position Auto Compensation

Photoelectric tracking sensor automatically compensates forward/backward deviation of printed film, consistent stamp position on every pouch.

5. Non-Stop Conveying Adjustment

Blister conveying speed and position can be adjusted without halting production, no downtime for specification fine-tuning.

6. Two Optional Feeding Structures

Customers can choose mechanical cam feeder or synchronous linkage feeder to match different blister forming equipment.
