The PZB reciprocating flow wrapper is tailor-made for secondary packaging of large plastic IV infusion bottles (500ml liquid bottles). Adopting box-motion reciprocating end seal structure and three independent servo control system, it solves the unstable sealing & film wrinkling issues of large heavy medical bottles on ordinary rotary packaging machines.

The whole machine frame is made of 304 stainless steel, fully compliant with pharmaceutical GMP hygiene standards. It completes film unwinding, color mark tracking, longitudinal sealing, reciprocating transverse sealing and fixed-length cutting automatically. It can operate standalone or connect with infusion bottle filling lines, bottle sorting conveyors and cartoners to form full unmanned pharmaceutical packaging workshops.
