HD-180 automatic cartoning machine is dedicated packaging equipment for all kinds of household paper products. It completes full automatic box opening, tissue feeding, batch coding, hot melt gluing and carton sealing in one integrated line. Equipped full PLC + servo control system and photoelectric detection sensor, this cartoner supports rapid size conversion without mold replacement, only 10–20 mins for specification change. It adapts semi-cover & full-cover cartons, and matches uneven tissue stack heights. Compact layout, low glue consumption and stable 150 boxes/min max output, ideal for tissue factories to cut manual packaging labor.
