Check whether each working part of the equipment and the power supply voltage and air pressure are normal.
2. Operating procedures:
Cartons and manuals are stacked neatly on the silo, and the coding machine is loaded with batch number steel letters as required. After the operation, clean according to the cleaning standard operating procedure, and make a record of equipment operation.
3. Precautions for operation:
During the operation of the cartoning machine, no hands or other objects are allowed to penetrate into the moving parts, and no other foreign objects are allowed to enter. When the automatic cartoning machine needs to be checked when a fault occurs, the "emergency stop" button must be pressed in time to stop all the automatic cartoning machine equipment and the motor of the conveyor belt before the equipment can be overhauled to ensure the safety of the operator. Do not restart the device within a short time after each shutdown. Due to the high charge generated by the inverter after the power on and off operation, in order to ensure personal safety and prevent damage to the inverter, the power cannot be turned on within 5 minutes after the cartoning machine is turned off.
4. Maintenance procedures:
The movable axis of the horizontal automatic cartoning machine should be lubricated once a day when commuting to and from get off work, the lubricating oil tank should be cleaned regularly every month, and the lubricating oil should be replaced once a year. The lubricating oil is No. 30 engine oil. Always check the gas path frequently. The filter of the vacuum generator of the suction paper box and the suction manual should be cleaned once a month.
5. Abnormal situations and handling:
During operation, pay attention to whether the sound of the cartoning machine is normal. If there is abnormal noise, stop the operation immediately and report to the maintenance personnel of the workshop for inspection.
Partial Failure:
1. The paper box is not opened during operation, and the equipment stops automatically. After exclusion, the machine needs to be restarted.
2. When the manual box of the cartoning machine lacks the manual, the missing carton will be removed at the reject position at the exit of the cartoning machine. If the package lacks the manual three times in a row, the cartoning machine will automatically stop. After the staff checks and excludes, the machine needs to be restarted.
3. When the lack of materials is put into the box, the corresponding missing carton will be rejected at the reject position at the exit of the carton packaging machine.
4. If mechanical overload occurs during operation, the cartoning machine will stop automatically. The staff can press the jog button to remove the unopened carton and restart the carton sealing machine.
5. If there are other unknown sudden failures, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the production can only be resumed after the inspection confirms that there is no problem.
