Product Overview
The HD-550 side seal shrink wrapping machine is dedicated post-packaging equipment for finished facial tissue cartons. It adopts continuous side-seal thermal sealing technology with matched hot shrink tunnel, specially designed for transparent POF film packaging of tissue boxes, daily commodity cartons and small boxed goods. Different from cross-seal shrink machines, its unlimited product length design adapts various standard & custom tissue box sizes. Equipped with photoelectric film length positioning, independent waste film winding and constant temperature sealing system, it realizes fully automatic film feeding, side sealing, cutting and heat shrinking in one flow. It can seamlessly dock with tissue cartoning machines to form unmanned full tissue production lines, greatly reducing manual wrapping labor and improving finished product appearance.

Electric eye sensor cooperates with timer to accurately match film length with box size, saving shrink film consumption and uniform shrink molding effect.
4. Independent Waste Film Rewind Mechanism
Separate drive motor controls waste film winding, maintains constant tension to avoid film breakage; winding reel easy to disassemble for quick waste clearing.
5. Expandable Optional Functional Modules
Custom air blowing device, front automatic feeding conveyor, rear finished product storage platform can be added according to production demands.
6. Easy Online Docking With Tissue Production Lines
Perfect matching with tissue log cutter, cartoner and other upstream equipment to realize full automatic unmanned packaging workflow.
