Wenzhou Shengtai cartoning machines are generally installed and debugged before delivery, and after delivery, debuggers will go to the customer's factory for installation, debugging and training. If the customer needs to change the site and other factors later and needs to re-install, please refer to the following installation steps.
Cartoning machine environmental requirements:
1) The ground is flat and smooth, and the pressure bearing capacity is not less than 1000kg/m2;
2) Power supply (see label for power supply requirements) and air source (see label for gas source requirements) are required in the plant;
3) The indoor temperature is 10-30°C, and the relative humidity is 40-65%;
4) The ventilation condition is good, and the light or lighting is sufficient.
Cartoning machine host installation:
After the main unit is installed, it can be adjusted to the level through four foot bolts. It is recommended to place a rubber pad with a thickness of 10mm and a plane ≥120mm×120mm under each of the four feet as a shock absorber. Then install other mechanisms such as conveyor belts as required.
