1. First connect the compressed air to the air inlet of the host.
2. Connect the required power supply as required.
3. Check whether there is any foreign matter between the moving parts of the equipment intake, so as to avoid damage to the parts during operation.
4. Put the carton into the library, its height should exceed the lower limit.
5. Turn on the emergency stop switch to display the operation screen, turn on the power, turn on the automatic button and press the start button.
6. When the cartons in the carton library are lower than the lower limit, add cartons in time without stopping the operation of the equipment.
7. Before placing the carton, check whether the carton is stuck or not, and deal with it in advance so as not to affect the opening of the carton.
8. When the cartoning machine is working, it is forbidden to remove the equipment protective cover to avoid personnel accidents and equipment failures.
9. The pressure of the regulating valve of the cartoning machine has been set according to the plate type and operation of the user before Shengtai Machinery leaves the factory. Please do not adjust and change it at will.
