The automatic cartoning machine adopts a series of mechanical transmission and the cooperation of light, electricity and gas to automatically complete the processes of feeding, sorting, box feeding, box opening, material loading, testing, glue spraying, box sealing, waste rejection and finished product output.

First, the material is input from the front-end process by the product conveyor belt (the speed can be adjusted by the governor), and is transported to the conveying photoelectric switch. When the signal is found to stop, it is waiting to enter the push rod conveying mechanism. The position of the encoder is used to set the material entering the push rod conveying mechanism. In the warehouse, the material measuring photoelectric switch issues an instruction to make the material on the material conveyor belt stay at the conveying photoelectric switch, and the material on the push rod conveying mechanism is conveyed to the box inlet (vertical push station) by the push rod, and the material is pressed by the push rod. The plate is pressed, and then pushed into the carton by the vertical pushing mechanism (see Figure 1). If the material is seriously inclined on the push rod conveying mechanism, the feeding photoelectric switch will send out a signal, and the PLC will instruct the host to stop. After clearing and fault reset reboot.

When the photoelectric switch detects the material, the PLC will command the suction box mechanism to suck the box (the suction box time can be set through the encoder screen on the touch screen, and it has been set before leaving the factory. For details, please refer to the encoder setting instructions). That is, use the suction box mechanism to suck out the carton in the carton warehouse, move it to the box feeding chain and open the box/the side tongue at the rear end of the carton and the lower cover are folded in to seal the box (the upper cover is open at this time) , and transported by the box-feeding chain to the entrance of the longitudinal pushing material to wait for the material to be pushed. When the reject detection photoelectric switch of the detection material does not detect the material (the width of the detection material can be set through the encoder screen on the touch screen, please refer to the encoder setting instructions for details), it will be rejected at the finished product output belt.

When the carton is correctly sucked out from the carton storehouse, falls on the carton delivery chain, and is locked by the lock box device, the card box protection proximity switch placed on the carton storehouse is in a contact state, and the host will operate normally; If there is a fault (such as jamming) in the process of sucking the carton, the lock box device will be turned up, and the card box will protect the proximity switch from contacting. The PLC will instruct the host to stop and give a buzzer alarm to restart after troubleshooting. When the carton is correctly sucked down and placed on the carton chain, the photoelectric switch for detecting the box on the lock box device has no abnormal signal, and the main engine will operate normally, and the carton will be transported to the vertical pushing station, and then the vertical pushing The mechanism pushes the material into the box. If there is a stagnation phenomenon during the pushing process, the overload device on the vertical pushing mechanism will work, and at this time the pushing protection proximity switch will send out a signal, and the PLC will instruct the host to stop running.

When the material is accurately pushed into the carton, the carton will continue to move forward under the drive of the carton chain. The carton is in the sealing state (the upper cover is open at this time) by the closing side tongue mechanism at the front end and the guiding and folding mechanism of the lower cover of the carton. When the carton passes through the glue spraying delay photoelectric switch, the PLC will instruct the glue spraying mechanism to spray glue (no material, no glue spraying, the length and position of glue spraying can be set through the encoder screen on the touch screen, please refer to the encoder setting instructions for details ), after glue spraying, it enters the box sealing station, and after the carton is sealed, it is transported to the finished product output belt by the box feeding chain, and then output by the finished product output belt. An empty box removal device is installed on the finished product output belt to prevent empty boxes from entering the next process.
