The QD-180 feeding conveyor is special auxiliary feeding equipment designed for disposable plastic knives, forks and small cutlery. It sorts scattered knives/forks automatically and delivers them neatly to the downstream pillow wrapping machine synchronously. The whole machine adopts lightweight aluminum alloy frame and food-grade contact belts, featuring compact size and stable servo conveying. All positioning molds can be customized according to knife/fork length, width and thickness. It perfectly matches our RZBZJ-500 integrated tableware packaging line, KZ-150 chopstick feeder and RZB260 flow wrap host to realize unmanned multi-cutlery combined packaging, drastically cutting manual sorting labor.
