The RZB450-B is premium horizontal HFFS pillow packaging equipment adopting exclusive box-motion reciprocating end seal structure, different from conventional rotary flow wrappers. The reciprocating sealing jaws move synchronously with products during heat pressing to extend sealing dwell time, delivering airtight, wrinkle-free pouches even for thick multi-layer composite films.

Equipped with three independent servo motors and industrial PLC touch control, it supports direct digital bag length input without mechanical gear adjustment, cutting model change downtime and film waste. It completes full automatic wrapping workflow standalone, or links upstream feeders, cartoners to build unmanned integrated packaging lines, widely adopted by bakery, cosmetic and FMCG factories with strict packaging appearance standards.
