Product Overview
The HDZ-80 vertical cartoner adopts intermittent index motion design, specialized for top-down gravity filling of granular, powdery, candy and irregular snack products. Different from horizontal side-loading cartoners, it feeds goods vertically from above open cartons, perfectly avoiding product extrusion and deformation during packing. The machine integrates automatic carton erection, vertical material filling, batch number coding, hot melt glue spraying and carton sealing into one intermittent cycle. Equipped with full safety interlock and photoelectric missing-product rejection system, it supports real-time finished carton counting. It can run standalone or link inline with pillow packers, filling machines, inkjet coders and shrink wrapping equipment to form unmanned food packaging production lines, greatly cutting manual packing labor costs.
