HD-100F Automatic Cube Tissue Cartoning Machine
HD-100F is compact automatic cartoning equipment specially designed for square/cylinder facial tissue boxes. The whole line completes carton opening, tissue feeding, hot melt gluing and box sealing automatically. Equipped Schneider PLC full servo control system, the machine features small footprint and low total power consumption. It only takes 10–20 minutes to switch different box sizes without replacing molds. Fitted Nordson imported hot melt glue system with fine 0.3–0.36mm nozzles to cut glue cost, stable running speed up to 80 boxes/min, perfect for medium and small tissue factories.
