The QD-200 multi-purpose cutlery feeding conveyor is upgraded auxiliary feeding equipment, designed to sort and convey plastic knives, forks and spoons simultaneously. Different from QD-180 single knife/fork feeder, this model supports three types of disposable tableware mixed feeding. Equipped vertical feeding bin and independent sorting mechanism, it arranges messy cutlery neatly and feeds them synchronously into downstream flow wrap machines. All positioning molds can be customized per cutlery size. With vertical compact structure and human-machine touch screen, it perfectly matches our RZBZJ-500 tableware integrated packaging line, greatly reducing manual sorting labor and eliminating secondary pollution of tableware.
