This complete unmanned facial tissue box packaging integrated line connects four core units in seamless synchronous linkage: HD-200 large rotary tissue log saw, HD-100 automatic horizontal cartoning machine, HD-550 side-seal POF heat shrink wrapping machine and HD-600 PET handle pasting machine. It realizes one continuous closed workflow from tissue log cutting, automatic carton filling, transparent film shrink packaging to carry tape sticking, fully eliminating manual transfer between separate machines. The whole line adopts unified PLC synchronous control system, matching medium & large household paper factories for mass boxed tissue production, cutting labor cost drastically and improving finished product consistency & hygiene standards.
