Product Overview
The HDZ-100 lightweight mini horizontal cartoner is specially engineered for tiny retail cartons, adopting precision fiber-optic, electrical and pneumatic coordinated transmission. It completes full secondary packaging workflow without manual intervention, drastically cutting packing labor costs for small-batch multi-SKU factories. This compact unit integrates carton erection, leaflet auto folding, product feeding, batch coding, carton shaping, tuck-in sealing (hot melt glue optional), photoelectric inspection and defective rejection. With lightweight frame and small footprint, it fits limited-space workshops perfectly. It can operate standalone or link inline with blister machines, pillow packers, inkjet coders and shrink wrappers to build compact unmanned packaging lines for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, snacks and sanitary goods.
