Product Overview
The HDZ-120 compact multi-functional horizontal cartoner is a lightweight all-in-one secondary packaging machine, designed for small-size carton mass production across multiple industries. It integrates optical, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic control systems into one compact unit, saving factory floor space. Equipped with upper & lower dual suction carton opening linkage, it realizes stable blank pickup and low jamming rate. The full automatic workflow covers carton erection, leaflet folding, product feeding, batch coding, carton shaping, tuck-in sealing (Nordson hot melt glue system optional), photoelectric inspection and defective carton auto rejection. It can run standalone or link inline with blister packers, pillow packaging machines, inkjet coders and shrink wrappers to build unmanned small-batch production lines, greatly cutting manual packaging labor for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and sanitary paper factories.

The HDZ-120 cartoner can be matched with 2 sets of automatic sorting conveyors to form a full sanitary napkin packaging line: sorting equipment arranges finished napkin stacks, then conveys them synchronously to the cartoner's feeding conveyor for automatic cartoning, fully eliminating manual material handling. Custom feeders and conveying structures are available for unique product shapes on request.
