Feature
This machine is a high-efficiency measuring and counting cup machine linkage line developed by our company according to market needs. The number of independent packaging of 1-100 cups can be selected at will. This machine adopts PLC programmable control, servo motor drive, various parameters are easy to adjust, simple and convenient to use, stable and accurate operation. This machine innovatively designed V-belt conveying to ensure the accurate conveying of large tapered cups and reduce the wear of the cup counter and cup mouth. A self-designed punching machine is added to allow customers to choose different diameters of vent holes, so that the surface of the packaging bag is beautiful and generous.
The packaging machine adopts the structure of feeding film from the bottom, which can adapt to the full film of 0.012mm. The small vertical sealing wheel is innovatively designed for traction, and the large vertical sealing wheel is heat-sealed. It improves the sealing fastness and aesthetics and is the preferred packaging equipment for the new generation.
Use
It is suitable for automatic metering and automatic packaging of disposable plastic cups, paper cups and cup-shaped containers.
