The HDZ-200 high-speed horizontal cartoner is upgraded high-volume packaging equipment built upon global advanced cartoning technology, integrating mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and photoelectric control systems. Specially optimized for small-size carton mass production, it completes full automatic workflows including leaflet folding, carton suction & erection, product feeding, batch coding, tuck-in sealing and defective box rejection. Hot melt glue sealing module is available as optional upgrade. Equipped with Omron core control components, the machine delivers stable continuous speed up to 150 boxes/min. It can operate standalone or seamlessly link with blister packers, inkjet coders, shrink wrappers to build unmanned full production lines for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, electronic and daily goods factories.
