ST-70 Multi-Industry High Speed Automatic Cartoning Machine

ST-70 is a general-purpose servo cartoning equipment developed for cross-industry packaging demands, breaking the limitation of single-product dedicated boxers. The whole machine frame adopts thickened 304 stainless steel with 10mm transparent acrylic safety shield, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and observe running status in real time. It fully automates carton suction & opening, product feeding, batch coding, folding and sealing without manual intervention. Equipped standard PLC touch control system, stable running speed ranging from 30 to 70 cartons per minute. Hot melt glue spraying station is offered as optional upgrade. It supports seamless docking with sorting conveyors, leaflet folders, online weighing, inkjet coders and labelers, widely deployed in cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, hardware and daily necessities factories.
