STZ-120 Full-Automatic Linked Multi-Purpose Cartoning Machine

STZ-120 is a versatile continuous cartoning equipment designed for full-line unmanned production, distinguished from single standalone carton machines by its built-in full linkage docking architecture. The whole machine frame adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel, matched with 10mm thick transparent acrylic safety shield for full running visibility. It adopts unique upper-lower double carton suction linkage mechanism to realize stable carton feeding, greatly reducing carton jamming failure rate. The integrated station layout covers material sorting, automatic leaflet insertion, photoelectric inspection, defective product rejection, carton folding and optional hot melt glue sealing. Equipped dual-language PLC touch control system and cam divider single-shaft synchronous transmission structure, stable running speed ranges from 30 to 80 cartons per minute. It supports seamless connection with aluminum plastic packers, pillow packing machines, filling machines, inkjet traceability coding systems, online weighing detectors and other auxiliary equipment, widely applicable to food, medicine, cosmetics, daily necessities and hardware packaging factories.
